You should be able to export all placemarks at once from Run.GPS (see screenshot below). But I don't see a possibility to import placemark files offline.
So it means that it's impossible when off-line.
What about exporting gpx with more then one place mark?
I'm using two navigation apps and I need to mark race checkpoints when off line. Run.GPS is needed because of voice place marks notifications another app, because of route planning as well as I can view place marks and the map on my smart watch face . My second app have possibility to export and import gpx/kml/kmz file with more than one place mark and even including path. In run.gps I have found only possibility to export each place mark as separate gpx file. Also when I'm putting gpx/kml file including track and place marks into run.gps routes folder loading it as navigation route and clicking navigate by route route is visible but place marks written in gpx/kml file are ignored. Perhaps there is another off line solution I don't know?
That option was available in the Windows Mobile version but has been stripped from the current releases for Android and iOS because it has not really been used.
I think the best way to achieve this is to create a GPX file with the placemarks and any route in it and then import it in GPS-Sport.net >> RoutePlanner. You can then create a dummy route that covers the area of all placemarks you'd like to import to Run.GPS and use the function RoutePlanner >> Add to Download Cart >> Also put neighbouring placemarks to download cart.
Or you put selected placemarks to to your download cart one by one.

I'm trying to import placemarks directly to Run.Gps (Android) from file. In the manual I have read:
"Save it as GPX of KMZ and copy the file to your smartphone to the „My
Documents/Run.GPS/placemarks/waypoints“ folder
In Run.GPS, select “Import Placemark” in the placemarks dialog"
1. There is no "My
Documents/Run.GPS/placemarks/waypoints" folder, I have found ("Run.GPS/waypoints") folder.
2. There is no “Import Placemark” in the placemarks dialog".
I have tried to put my gpx file into "Run.GPS/waypoints" and also created "Run.GPS/placemarks/waypoints" but I think that "Import Placemarks" option is missed.
