Hmmm. I had "Use GPS Satellites" ticked but nothing. However I think the problem may be to do with the "Use wireless networks" within the location settings. If I untick that then Run.GPS starts using the GPS. Even then though it only picked up 8 sats at best and strength hovered between weak and good.... much worse than my Xperia in the same location. :(

A step closer...

I went into "settings", "Location" and ticked "Use GPS satellites" to manually activate GPS. Went back into Run.gps and it started to find satellites, 10 in all but never made it to have a fix on signal and the DOP never got lower than 75. However works fine in Google maps.

Same thing!

No GPS, no HxM.
It seem the Software could not activate the GPS. No SAT Symbol at the Statusbar on TOP.
All Other Applications work fine, HxM is also detected.
On my G1 with GPS is perfect. But no HxM because of Android 1.6.
