Lack of support forced me to get another HR monitor

I gave it some time between a few postings here in the hope for some support feedback but I don't think anyone from run.gps post here any more. I checked all forum topics and cold not see any messages from support. After a few months I gave up and bought a new HR monitor(my ANT+ was almost new, perhaps used 10 times) that has both ANT+ and regular BT. It's really disappointing that run.gps seems to have left us user out in the cold.

C'est la même chose pour moi avec un Samsung Galaxy S10.
Depuis la mise à jour Android 11, plus aucune connexion HR bluetooth dans l'application RUN.GPS

Avec d'autres applications je peux utiliser mon capteur HR sans problème (par exemple suuntoapp), donc Android et le capteur ne sont pas en cause.

D'ailleurs le test avec l'application ANTtester est OK, tout est vert.

Je crois que l'application RUN.GPS est à l'abandon, il serait bien que les admins donnent des nouvelles à leurs utilisateurs

Same for me. To carry on using RUN.GPS with ANT+ HRM, I'm using GhostRacer which work with ANT+/Android11.
Then I upload the GPX file.
RUN.GPS people are incredibly quiet now...They are all working on that issue, I guess.

RunGps Support and Admin, what about giving us some attention!!!

I posted here first time(with other sharing same issue) in January and I have also sent email to your support but NOTHING from you!

I have been a user of RunGPS Pro for some 10 years. In the past, admin here in the forum or the support email contact normally helped out within days this topic seems to get a different treatment.

ANT+ benötigt Update auf ANT+ SDK v.P.B6

Nach Update vom Handy geht kein ANT+ mehr.

Der ANT Tester von https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quantrity.anttester&hl=de&gl=US zeigt alles grün an, d. h. die nötigen Plugins und Dienste sind aktiv.

RunGPS bekommt trotzdem keine Verbindung.

Laut RunGPS Changelog https://www.rungps.net/page/pag009/Changelog wurde ANT+ das letzte mal 2016 upgedatet: Run.GPS Trainer 3.2.0 build 4466 für Android - 09.12.2016, Update to latest version of ANT+ library.

Es gibt seit Dezember 2019 ein Update des Android ANT+ SDK auf Version v.P.B6: https://github.com/ant-wireless/ANT-Android-SDKs/tree/development/C.B6-P.B6RC/ANT%2B_Android_SDK.

Könnte dieses fehlende Update das Problem beheben?

rungps empfängt wieder puls

Hallo.

ich hatte ja das Problem, dass bei mir RUNGPS keinen Puls vom Bluetooth Smart/ LE Brustgurt mehr empfängt.

Ich habe mir nun den "Atletica A5" über Amazon gekauft. Nun habe ich wieder eine zuverlässige Verbindung.

Der Verdacht fiel natürlich auf RunGPS als Ursache des Problems, da eine andere APP (Heart Rate Monitor) eine zuverlässige Verbindung und Pulsanzeige mit dem alten Brustgurt hatte.

Der alte Brustgurt war ein Beurer PM250,baugleich mit dem Runtastic Bluetooth + 5,3 kHz.

Die Produktseite für den Atletica A5 behauptet dass ein "Norwegischer Chip" im Brustgurt verbaut wäre ... ist aber ein Chileaf CL813 ...

Also, Chileaf 813 funktioniert mit Android10 auf einem LG Velvet 4G

Pulsgurt unter Android 10

Hallo Steffen,
ja habe Android 11 auf aktuellen Stand (was halt Samsung freigibt) instaliert und nur ANT+ funkt nach dem Update nicht mehr.
Der Sensor macht aber wie gesagt beides und die Bluetoorth verbindung ist stabil.
übrigens ich heise auch Steffen, lustiger Zufall....

Pulsgurt unter Android 10

Hallo Schnarchbart,

ich habe im RunGPS Forum gesehen dass dein Berry King Pulssensor mit RUN GPS noch funktioniert, habe ich das also richtig verstanden Android 10 und funktionierender Plusgurt mit Bluetooth? Ist dein Android auch geupdatet auf das letzte Release? Ich habe mein Handy die von LG veröffentlichten Updates installieren lassen.

Vielen Dank für eine Rückmeldung.
