OK I understand this is an authentication problem. Did you try to reenter user name and password in the app? Your account is valid.

Do the other services work? (downloading cart, Live, Tracking, ...)

Did you include photos or videos? We had a problem with uploading larger files.

Yes, it still fails. I am running version 3.2.10. I've attached a screenshot of the error. is the URL located in a config file that I can edit?

(not sure if image uploaded, error message reads: "Authentication failed. Please register at,, and enter user name/password in the user configuration)

No, you don't need to reinstall.

Does it work now? Release version should be 3.2.10. What is the error message?

I updated but it still fails. Do we need to uninstall reinstall?

Please update app if you cannot upload

Dear all,

Since we've switched our domains to https only, you need to update your apps (Run.GPS iOS or Android) to the latest versions if you haven't done so yet, otherwise uploading and other services will not work.
