Hallo Kristi, dein Account ist freigeschalten und aktiv. Daran kann es also nicht liegen. Ganz wichtig ist, die aktuelle Version 3.2.10 von Run.GPS zu verwenden, da vom Server nur noch sichere Uploads unterstützt werden, welche in älteren Run.GPS-Versionen nicht möglich sind.

Seit 1 Woche kein Uload möglich. Fehleranzeige: Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen, bitte bei GPS-Sport.net registrieren.

Windows 10 mobile

Hello,

since this morning the upload functionality works again.
I have uploaded separately all my eight Trainings from June.
No Problems occurred, everything works fine, also the broken elements (tabular, ...) on my Training site of runGPSn are now visible.

Thanks to the developers - especially to Tom - who repair the System and resolve the issue.

Uploading from iOS devices (all OS versions) should be working fine now. No app update required. Please try.

My BQ Aquaris X Pro works fine. Android smartphones seem to have no issues, just IOS and Windows smartpones.

Still not working...

I guess it is more like a backend problem... Something changed there (not on Apple or Iphone side). Maybe new backend code...

Upload fehler "Cannot access a disposed object" Iphone 6 IOS 11.3 und 11.4, needs app-update?

Hallo,

Same problem on IPhone 6 IOS 11.3 and also after IOS update to 11.4. (since 1 june)
Also there's only 1 training in the log-book displaying the kind off sport that specific training was, the other trainings have no sport symbol.
Uploading some of the trainings shows: Error: Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'System.Net.Sockets.-NetworkStream'
Uploading other trainings show: Error: File is missing in upload stream
So the update to IOS 11.4 did not help (and the issue was already in 11.3)
I installed a new version of RunGps from the appstore, that also did not help

I also have a good old Android which uploaded with no problems. So it looks like RunGPS app for Apple does not work well with the IOS 11.3 and 11.4. I think it's time for a fix-update of the RunGps app for IOS...

Gleicher Fehler bei meinem Windows 10 mobile Phone (Nokia1020)

Hallo,

ich kann ebenfalls seit dem 1.Juni meine Trainingsdaten nicht mehr hochladen.
Ich bekomme jedes mal die Fehlermeldung "Upload fehlgeschlagen".
Ich habe seit dem 1.6. jeden Tag eine Trainingseinheit absolviert und versuch diese hochzuladen, was jedes mal zum gleichen Fehler geführt hat.
Es wäre hilfreich wenn vielleicht einer der Entwickler diesbezüglich ein Statement abgeben könnte - danke.
Ist da Problem bekannt und wo scheint evtl. der Fehler zu liegen (userseitig oder bei run.GPS)?

Sportliche Grüße verbunden mit der Bitte um kurze Stellungnahme seitens run.GPS.
