How are Cycling and Race biking calories been calculated?
I see that when i change my Cycling training to a race biking training i have used more calories. What i find strange and would aspect it to be the other way around as a normal everyday bike will have more drag than a race bike going the same speed? apparently i burn less calories on my big bulky bike then i would doing on a bike which is designed for speed. hence my question.
