Wrong sport = unearned leaderboard position
My last training before I left town for vacation was a custom sport based on mountainbiking so that I could keep track of my rides with my children separately than my 'adult' rides. When I set out driving to Florida for vacation, I used Run.GPS to start a new training and changed the sport to 'driving'. While driving, we ran into traffic and while I was checking traffic conditions on my phone, Run.GPS stopped running in the background and I had to restart. When I loaded the training, however, the icon for the currently active sport looked strange. I continued the training to add to the trip, but didn't realize until I uploaded the data that it had reverted to the previous sport and calculated calories as if I just rode my mountainbike for hundreds of miles (got me an unearned spot on the calorie burning leaderboard which I was able to fix by changing the sport for that training).
My experience leads me to believe that the software saves certain settings (like selected sport) for a training when the program exits, so when the program terminates unexpectedly these are not saved. Can this be changed so that information is not lost when the program terminates unexpectedly?
