------------------------ ENGLISH ---------------------------

Dear Athletes,

Release 2.2.7 is ready for download from the Run.GPS website www.RunGPS.net .
Updating is as always free.

Improvements
------------

Route based navigation has been improved. When you've lost your route, Run.GPS
will guide you directly back to the route. It will give you correct turning
instructions when you arrive back on your route.

Improved usability. The control bar has been redesigned making it possible
to control Run.GPS by finger. Most modern smartphones do not have the right/
left soft keys so Run.GPS needs to be operated by finger or stylus. Menus
can now be scrolled by sliding a finger on the touchscreen. There is no need
to use the scroll buttons. Besides, support for high resolution smartphones
has been improved. This concerns the new smartphone models "HTC Touch Pro",
"HTC Diamond", "HTC Touch HD", "Samsung SGH-I900 Omnia" and "Sony Ericsson
Xperia X1".

New Features
------------

A new info display showing the nearest Wikipedia article has been introduced.
You can use this "tourist feature" when you go sightseeing and want to get
some background info on the objects or buildings you walk by. If you did not
change your screen layout, you can now find this function on screen 6.

Distance based interval training. In release 2.2.6 interval training was
purely time based (switch interval speeds after a certain time). Now you can
also enter distances at which intervals should be switched.

Remember Live Tracking setting. If you want Run.GPS to start with Live
Tracking feature (regularly sends your position to GPS-Sport.net) enabled,
you can now click the new "save setting" option in the Live
