Hi,
you can too free memory with specific software like "hibernate", included in most cooked ROMs.
Personally to be sure don't have problem, before starting a training I make a soft reset and close what I don't need ie Mobile Shell or other...

Too much memory consumption

One problem I experienced with Mossis ROM is that when I first start Run.GPS and then take some photos during a training, Run.GPS gets always closed by Windows Mobile. This is because of the Windows Mobile strategy that when memory is lacking other programs are shut down no matter if they have unsaved data.

Solution: Close or uninstall as many applications as possible, e.g. "UltimateLaunch".

How to install TomTom on an Orbit after ROM upgrade: it's possible to simply copy back TomTom after Mossis ROM installation. You have to copy all files that have to do with TomTom Navigator: /Programs/Navigator, /My Documents/TomTom, /TomTom and all the maps. After the ROM upgrade you can copy back all those files - then it's possible to start TomTom from the Explorer.

You can then add TomTom to your Start Menu by creating a short cut using, for example, TopCommand and copying the short cut to the Start Menu folder.

My Environment:
O2 Orbit
with Mossis ROM 2.1 (WM 6.1)
Run.GPS 2.2.4

Works great too!

Does anybody know how to get back TomTom after installing the Mossis ROM on the Orbit? Is it possible?

Thanks

Great Software

My Environment:
T-Mobile MDA Compact III
with Mossis ROM (http://www.mossisrom.de) 2.1 (WM 6.1)
Run.GPS 2.2.2 and 2.2.3

Simultaneously Running, running Run.GPS and listening to the integrated FM-Tuner doesn't make any problems.

It's a good work, nice software!

Thomas
