There are basically 2 ways to start Run.GPS on the phone and on the watch:
1) Start Run.GPS on the watch >> the app on the phone will start automatically
2) Start Run.GPS on the phone and then start it manually also on the watch

When you quit Run.GPS on the phone, the Run.GPS Wear app will also terminate.

What exactly happens if you open Run.GPS on the watch? Does it quickly appear and then vanish (=crash)?

The biggest change regarding Android Wear that we made in release 3.1.7 is that the notification is not constantly updated (this consumes a lot of battery juice). You can switch back to the old behaviour by checking "Continuously update values".

Android Wear not automatically connecting on Run.GPS UV Pro Android 3.1.7 build 4268

I use an LG G Watch R and Run.GPS UV Pro Android release 3.1.7 build 4268.
I have in configuration>>Android wear>>Run.GPS for Wear App activate box ticked and when I start Run.GPS, the app on the android wear device no longer appear. To make it work, I need to untick the active box in Run.GPS, quit the Run.GPS app on the android phone and then restart and tick the activate box again to get the app to work on my wear device.
This problem appears to have started on the latest revision of Run.GPS for Android.

My Android phone device is a: HTC One M9 running stock Android 5.1
