We started to upload the timezone only on 31st July 2015 (see changeling http://www.rungps.net/page/pag009/Changelog), so perhaps you still had the old Run.GPS release in September. It should be correct now.

On gps-sport.net, we store both the timezone and the local times, so the server will combine both to UTC when a track is exported. If you use a current version of Run.GPS, you'll find the timezone on the training detail page behind the date, e.g. in this training:

Is there an error in the reported time or am I missing something?

Hello.
While processing in another software the GPX tracks from my trainings that I download from gps-sport I realized a discrepancy in the time data.

This is a sample trkpt from a recent run in Spain.
<trkpt lon="-1.13050105" lat="37.94076586"><ele>117</ele><time>2015-11-04T19:39:49.352Z</time><speed>1.94</speed></trkpt>
And this is another one, from an old run this summer.
<trkpt lon="-1.13123482" lat="37.94136601"><ele>106</ele><time>2015-09-16T19:35:15.211Z</time><speed>0.00</speed></trkpt>

They both belong to a training I always do at the same hour. Note the discrepancy in the time data?

Both times shows roughly the same time. But that is wrong. One was in winter and the other was in summer. One was at Central European Time (GMT+0100) and the other one was at Central European Summer Time (GMT+0200). So they were actually at different universal time.

So, is this a bug?
