Voice feedback on livetracking

V3 looks good, so I come back with my idea
In our group we use our own livetracking portal.
Some times it's necessary to give some information from coach to sportsmen. Now we use Skype or Phone Call. But some times it take to much time to call for all sportsmen. Especially if you have large group.
My idea is to add feedback possibility in Live Tracking mode.
When Run.GPS application send data to LiveTracking portal, portal can give back string which Run.GPS will pronounce throw Voice Output.
So I can make some changes to my portal and will have ability to send a message to a sportsmen or to group of them. It's also increase possibility of custom track analyzing and can decide many strange ideas of your users. (As for me about 5 of my wishes in orienteering )
I suggest something like this format of portal feedback (for possibility to extend feedback in future):
command:attribut1:attribute2...
For voice output it's will be something like:
say:english:return back to home
or
say:russian:some frase in Russina
