No, calculated from the GPS data. The difference is that, with the checkbox checked, the speed value from GPS is taken without any transformations, if it is not checked, we calculate speed from the GPS latitude / longitude values using pretty complicated algorithms.
Now is it OK (see - http://www.gps-sport.net/trainings/running_1308960.) Thank you for help.
And one small question: Where is source of data now ? HxM ???
Thank you for your answer. What I do not understand, though, is that (if you look at the link attached) the average speed of my workout is calculated correctly at 9,3 km/h BUT when I look at the graph, the value of average speed NEVER exceeds 3 km/h. Do you know what could be the reason for this discrepancy?
The speed is calculated from GPS values. We do not use the GPS speed tough, since it would be way to inaccurate. We compute it from latitude and longitude values. Below 3.0 km/hr it is truncated to 0.
The slope is calculated from the GPS based altitude.
I use the Nokia Lumia 1020 with belt Zephyr HxM.
What is the source of data for Speed (and Slope) ?
In the table, the column of "Speed??" and "Slope" is very often zero, and the chart "speed" is often spaces (for example) http://www.gps-sport.net/trainingReports/jiva2404/trainings201401/140123_121007_075807/training.html
Where is the problem?
Thank you for your help !
