GPS-Sport ForenRun.GPS SoftwareMap disappears on high zoomlevel

As mentioned in the short description. When I zoom in deep (the two highest levels) my map becomes blank. The route is still visible although all the map detail has disappeared. I´m quite sure the required tiles are downloaded from openmaps, I have even removed and re-installed the app (and re-downloaded) the tiles. It appears this behavior is ´by design´?

Since I use this app for running in the forest, a high zoom level would come in handy (since there are a lot of crossing trails). At the moment I am forced to keep the zoom level at 200m per tile. Maybe I overlook a setting in the configuration pages?

I use the program on WP7 and do not have a active internet connection when running. Thanks for your response.
