I have been using run.gps since 2008 and i have not seem much changes improvements in the software. While i agree that this software till few years back was the best i have used.
I have been tempted to change platform and move to another software. Reason ? EPOC and PTE
Most of the new softwares now not only give heart rate but take more data like your sleeping hours , colour of urine, your soreness of muscle etc and derive a recovery score.
Peak training effect also tells you how much should you push your self next day and EPOC kinda gives you again the approx oxygen and recovery required.
As far i have read both are derived from Heart rate.
Run.Gps is good, but its only giving static data, i would like if the data is used and is able to give me information as how much i can do the next day or even plan my HR zone for the next day so as to balance my training.
