still not able to download any tiles from most of the map-providers.
And still no information what is going on and what the future on this issue is.
Does anybody have an idea how to use mirrors mentioned from raven?
Does anybody have an overview which maps are affected and which not?

Which version of Mobac do you have ?
I had the same issue before some months and tiles in high zoom level were blocked.
Then I´ve downloaded a newer version ( 1.9 beta 5 (1806)) and it worked.
My current download also seems to work fine.
Yes you're right. Bulk download tools have been creating a lot of traffic on map tile servers so the people running them have started to block download tools. For OpenStreetMap, there should be a lot of alternatives (mirrors) which are suitable for downloading large quantities of tiles. So hopefully, we'll soon have alternatives in MOBAC.
I have the same problem since 2 or 3 weeks.
First I noticed that with Outdooractive Austria. Now it does not work with OSM Cycle Maps.
Before it worked on my Android SGS.
Google Street works still.
WHY?
Does they change the URLs to download?
Atlas Creator is not an option for Outdoor Action!
I have a problem and maybe you can help me...
I am trying to download map tiles from OpenCycleMap but i get an error....This is what i do....
I have wifi connection on and i have zoom very close the map. I go to "map settings" then "items on map" "On Line maps" Type: OpenCycleMaps and i press "download now"
Then i am asked ...:really download 7 out of 13 map tiles ?
I press "download"
And then i get this error: "0 out of 7 tiles have been download successfully. Please check network connection and free memory."
I have an android phone HTC Desire and Run Gps Trainer Uv Pro 2.3.9
The data of Run Gps Trainer is stored under the SD Card.
Is there a way to download tiles this way or can i download them from another software and add them in a specific folder at Run Gps ? (which folder??)
It used to download maps automatically and it still does with OpenStreetMaps but not with OpenCycleMaps!
