The trick is to set it active and define just one interval containing the upper and lower HR bounds. The length of the interval does not matter es it is repeated endlessly.
I am using RUN GPS from a long time with Zephyr HRM. I wanted to know if there is a option in the software to set the low and high limit of HR. Eg: i want to workout between 130-165bpm. So if i cross either values the software should alert me. So i can either push or slow down to achieve my results. I have been looking for this feature.
Is this feature avail in RUNGPS software? and where can i set this please?
If its not there, can the development team take this as a feedback and please add this in the next update.
