Doesn't the full version of the software offer spoken prompts, including pace? So, you could hear, as you're going along, what your pace is?
(The change in pace seems more challenging -- maybe by starting and stopping the training, so that the second half of the race is its own data, and its own pace?)
So RunGps needs a route file. There are some goole-maps tools that can create a route (GPX file) of the race.
But I want to run the first part of the race @4.45 min/km and the second part @5:00 min/km.
To use the GPX file as a RunGPS virtual training partner I need to edit the time stamps of the GPX file with the given pace. Is there a tool somewhere on the internet that does this thing?
Maybe you could create a route in GPS-Sport RoutePlanner, load it in Run.GPS and then run the first kilometer / mile in the desired pace. Then Run.GPS will tell you the ETA and you'll be able to notice if the ETA is decreasing or increasing.
I want to run a race in a specific time but I don't have the route. Is it possible to pace myself in some way with RunGps (like Virtual Training Partner) that tells me how far I'm ahead/behind my schedual?
