I'm glad I could help.

I just noticed you tried to upload your trainings right now. You might have to repeat this one more time since we were exactly in this moment installing the changed backend release :-)

Thank you so much for looking at this. No, I'm not using a beta firmware. It is a stock phone with no modifications. I haven't even rooted the phone. I had noticed the 30 dop when riding, but didn't think anything of it. I just assumed that it was because of a weak gps in the phone. An upgrade to Android 2.2 for this phone is supposed to be pushed out at the end of the month - perhaps that will fix this on the phone side.

Anyway, thank you so much for taking the time to fix this problem. It shows great customer service and I really appreciate it.

It took me ages to find out what's behind this issue ... but I found out. Strangely enough, your GPS writes a DOP (dilution of precicion) value of constantly 30. Do you have an explanation for this? Are you using a beta firmware?

Anyway, the solution was to allow such high DOP values in the server-side processes. If you upload again, your diagrams will appear.

I just sent the data. Thanks for looking at it.

I tried to analyze the problem but did not yet succeed. The data looks normal.

Could you perhaps send me a ZIP archive with your /sdcard/Run.GPS/users/user-uv/trainings folder (email info AT esymetric DOT de)? So I can look into the original data.

Thanks for responding. Every training I have uploaded since I switched to from the Win Mobile Touch Pro to the Android Samsung Intercept has been missing this data. Not just this one training. When I use Astro, I can see data files on the SD card. Astro tells me that the total size is 1.88GB and there is 1.86GB still free, so I know it is not because it is a full card.

The GPS data seem to be missing in that upload. As I notice, for your other trainings it seems to be alright. So maybe a single data error (SD card problem, full SD card, upload problem, ...). You may try uploading again.

I am trying to figure out why this training: http://www.gps-sport.net/trainings/cycling_505735 doesn't have altitude, topographic altitude, speed, pace or gps dilution charts as in http://www.gps-sport.net/trainings/cycling_467680.

The first training was done with my new phone (Samsung Intercept) whereas the second was done with my old phone (HTC Touch Pro). I don't care about whether the training is "plausible" I only want the topographic and speed information for my own personal reference to compare to my heart rate from zephyr. It is very important to me.
