Option for audio announcements, strip down to values only

The construct "Description of parameter" & "value" & "units" (e.g. "Average speed & 10 point 7 & kilometers per hour") leads to a readout time of 10 seconds times the number of parameters someone has configured.
1) If I ride my bike downhill with 60 km/h and a announcement frequency of 0.5 km, announcements never stop.
2) After some trainings every user gets used to the order of the annoncements - only the value remain of interest everything else is ignored.
Therefore, a configuration option to disable readout of "the overhead" and give the values only would be most welcome.
Maybe a repetition or attentive sound should be considered (configurable as well).
