Tried it better today. And i think i found what happened the other day. I tried it again today, and took the car to do some things. After a few mins recording the travel, got 2 FCs. And the program closed. Thats why the other day it just recorded 0.8 kms from 8 that i really did. Think happened the same.

After FCs, i turned it on again, and started to record. Didnt have any problem then for the 30 mins its been recording. And later tried again, and no FCs either. It just happened the first time.

Btw, dont know where the FCs could come from.

Thx for the answer.

I see then. But if it might help, ive tried a music player called Power AMP. If you try it (wich i recomend, its great), you can see it has a lock screen. Wich you see when you turn on the screen and the player is running. On that screen, you have direct access to unlock the screen with a button. But also the common buttons from a player. You know, play/pause, adv, etc. So even if the screen is locked, you can still have access to the player and its functions. And maybe this way could be a solution to the problem with the start/stop training with RunGPS. All of this speaking from my ignorance, of course. I know i sholdnt be easy to implement. Not even if would be possible.

Btw, ive tried today for the first time my Nexus One with RunGPS. And didnt work well. Dont know what i did wrong. But at the end of the training, it didnt record anything. 0.0 kms. Maybe when i started to record didnt realize and pressed the button twice. Perhaps. Or maybe when the screen was off the program closed. Because at the end, the program wasnt even open. Anyway, will try again tomorrow.

Yes I can confirm this behaviour. It's the same on Motorola Milestone.

Unfortunately I don't think we can do anything about this because it's the operating system's decision if it forwards the button press to an app or not. We'll further investigate and see if there's a solution for the next release but it's not likely.

Cant start/stop training with trackpad on Nexus one?

Hello.

Untill some weeks ago, i used to do some running using RunGPS on my Omnia. It worked great. But now i bought a Nexus One. And the problem comes when i try to start/stop the training. Since i used to do it with the middle button on my Samsung Omnia. It didnt matter if the screen was on or off. Everytime i pressed the button, it turned on and off the training.

It doesnt seem to work the same way on Nexus One. Cause now, when i press the button and the screen is off, it just turns the screen on. Showing the lock screen.

Dont know if its a bug or not. If not, it would something great to implement. Maybe it could be changed from the configuration on the program. But havent found anything about it.

Thx in advance. And sorry for my english.
