Bugs and Maps

Besides the licences, the Android version seems to run pretty buggy at least on my Motorla Droid (v 2.0.1). Everyone else experiencing problems when e.g. crashes when rotating the screen or using it without internet connection?
Another problem I have is that my maps (jpeg + gmi/gsi) wont work on the Android version? Anyone got that going?

Moving from PPC to Android

Actually you just need to enter the new Run.GPS ID (AAAA-BBBB-CCCC) in your activation link (which you got by email after purchasing a Run.GPS licence). You only need to contact support if you have lost that email.

The Run.GPS licencing system on Windows Mobile and Android is 100% compatible (only the device dependent Run.GPS ID changes - so you need a new licence code through the activation link).

Contact support@rungps.net and explain the issue. They will help you with a "new" licence.
I had the same "problem" and got help the same day :-)

I have also moved from PPC to Android. The software gives me a new ID so my key doesn't work. I cant find any contact details to get a new key :( Can anyone help?

Can I move my licence from PPC to Android?

Simple question really. Will my licence key work on Android?
I've been using Run.GPS for a couple of years now and upgrading my phone to Android. Can I use the same licence key to register on Android? Hoping I don't have to re-purchase the licence!
