We need to figure out why this problem occure.
For me the problem came up with my new HD2.
With the HTC Kaiser i never got any problems.
Not only the drop is an issue, also the the long messure without any change,
that you see in my first postet run.
I will check the next run with my old kaiser, to see if this is an prboblem with the hd2.
Which device do you use?
Any other user still know this problem?
yes exactly those kind of drops, in your activity "http://www.gps-sport.net/trainings/running_207358" there is four drops, at beginning at the middle and two at the end.
in my case at each run I have something similar and sometimes the return to normal is not really sharp, it returns quite slowly to the "correct" value for the heartrate.
do you mean something like this, at the start of my run.

or this one

Its just since my last few runs, never had the problem before.
the HxM hearrate reporting is sometimes dropping, and drops for a long period of times(20sec to 1 min), by dropping I mean that the reported value fall well below the actual value. to compare I'am wearing my other heartrate monitor (garmin edge 305). So it's not a bluetooth connection drop but something in the perceived heartrate by the HxM.
also this is happening only when running while biking, walking or resting the issue don't seem to appear.
are other people experiencing the same issue with the HxM or HRM ?
