Just give them the link to your Live Tracking page:
http://www.gps-sport.net/live/rsturz

When you're doing the race, you must activate the Live Tracking function in Run.GPS:
1) enter your GPS-Sport.net username / password in Run.GPS
2) go to Main Menu > Online Services > Live Tracking and activate it
