Now that I look further I also see that I can switch to distance mode as well. In distance mode I can set a maximum distance of 100km. This is better then the 30 seconds in time mode. 100 km is enough for me as a runner. . . .

set an minimum or a maximum speed for general trainings
Is there a way to set an minimum or a maximum speed for my general trainings? I would like to get a voice warning when I'm running to fast or to slow. I see this is possible in the interval trainings but I can't find it anywhere for an regular training.
