You are right. I use another software (OruxMaps) during my mountain bike rides and then I upload the GPX file. From now I will try to use both softwares.

Probably you uploaded the mountain bike tours from a different device, not from Run.GPS, right? If you upload GPX or KML files, this will appear in the form of "navigation route" (with no additional data but the track). Training recordings must be uploaded through the Run.GPS application.
