That works indeed, and I'll do that for the time being, but that's not exactly what I need, because, now, the GPS doesn't connect anymore on startup... What I would like is either an option to skip GPS detection on startup, or a configuration option to connect the GPS on startup, but without performing an auto-detection if the GPS is not found on the current configuration (I think that's why it takes so long, RUN.GPS is performing a test on all data rates...). Look at Main-Menue/Konfiguration/GPS-Konfiguration COM-Ports scan, switch off the button. If you use a bluetooth-mouse, you can switch off bluetooth. It will help you, too. Than rungps will start without gps. This is annoying when simply willing to check log of older trainings... Wouldn't it be possible to add a "skip detection" button on startup screen for such cases?
