Map is not displayed

Hello,

I tried to import a JPG-file with 1998 x 2000 pixels and the suitable XML-file with the coordinates.
But the map is not displayed and when I have a look at the map info in Run.GPS, it says:
NW: (coordinates correctly displayed)
SE: (coordinates correctly displayed)
D: 2248m
Res: 0 dpk
What could be wrong?
Thank you.

Hi Rademacher

it is possible if you have the position of the map. You need the coordinates of the upper left and lower right corners. Simply copy those data into a XML file named exactly like the JPEG file but with suffix .xml . Copy both files to /My Documents/Run.GPS/map_images

<?xml version=1.0 encoding=UTF-8?>
<mapImage>
<upperLeftCornerLat>39.633984000</upperLeftCornerLat>
<upperLeftCornerLon>-96.136794000</upperLeftCornerLon>
<lowerRightCornerLat>39.052152000</lowerRightCornerLat>
<lowerRightCornerLon>-95.040936000</lowerRightCornerLon>
</mapImage>

It's also important that the map is northed.

Regards

Tom
