No. The Scosche RHYTM+ requires Bluetooth 4.0. So you need Bluetooth 4.0 compatible hardware (which the 8X is not) and software (Windows Phone 8.1, iOS 6, Android 4.3 or higher).

Is it going to work with my HTC x8 running on Windows Phone? (Windows Phone 8.0 - Bluetooth® 3.1)

In the 'compatibility section' on the official site http://)http://www.scosche.com/rhythm-plus[/url]) I juste see the Apple devices and the Samsung Galaxy S IV.

Thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate. Run.GPS will get an order in some days.

I now have the scosche rythm+, too. And it works with my headset without problems.

Should work without hazzle. We've also tried combinations with three devices, e.g. Scosche RHYTM+ (BT4.0), Panobike Speed&Cadence (BT4.0) and Jabra Bluetooth headset (BT2.0).

Very interesting product also for me.
As I´m using a BT 4.0 headset (deleyCON SOUNDSTERS Sport Bluetooth In-Ear-Kopfhörer) with my Moto G (Android 4.4.4) I would like to know if it is possible to connect the mobile to 2 BT devices in parallel and if this has been tested for Run.GPS.

Now we have it:

and it's great! It's the best wrist based heart rate monitor available at the moment. If you have Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy and don't like to wear a chest strap - this is the choice.

We didn't try it out yet, but it *will* work if your smartphone is compatible with either Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy / Smart or ANT+.

Where did you find the Rhythm+ for sale in Germany? Our distributor doesn't have it yet ...

Btw, there's two similar new products from Mio: Mio Alpha and Mio Link. Both are tested and work well with Run.GPS.
